Our Story

At the North East STEM Foundation, we are dedicated to making a positive and lasting
impact on the lives of students in the North East region. STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering and Maths) education is the cornerstone of innovation and progress in today's rapidly evolving world.
The NESF has been making significant strides in working in collaboration with a number of organisations to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators.
To further enhance our impact, we are seeking the support of industry leaders to work in collaboration with the NESF by becoming paying members. A small monthly investment will ensure your company would play a vital role in supporting our ongoing initiatives and help us reach more students and educators who might not otherwise have access to quality STEM education.

​By becoming a member you will directly contribute to the NESF’s ability to create lasting
positive change in the lives of young people across our region. Your financial support will
fund the roll-out of our STEM outreach programme, giving primary school children the insight
into the innovative industries right here in the North East. Working with Schools, Colleges,
UTC’s and Universities we have already reached over 3,000 primary school children and
have a planned programme of events to reach thousands more over the coming year.
Supporting and working in collaboration with the NESF will provide your organisation with a
rewarding experience as you will contribute to the development of a skilled and innovative
future workforce.


We are asking companies across the region to commit to a minimum of 12 months
